HIGH PERFORMANCE CULTURE

WHAT IS A HIGH PERFROMANCE CULTURE AND HOW CAN IT BE ESTABLISHED IN HYBRID TIMES?

We conducted a qualitative study together with Yannick Bahlmann (Bahlmann Consulting) to find out:

... ... what challenges hybrid work poses to employees and managers in companies,

... which best practices and lessons can be learned from remote work and transferred to new work

... and, most importantly, how organizations can shape a culture (High Performance Culture) in which all individuals in an organization can maximize their potential to achieve common organizational goals.

In order to obtain as broad a picture of the situation as possible, a total of approximately 30 representatives from corporations, medium-sized companies and start-ups (including vent.io, cherry ventures, atruvia) were interviewed in semi-structured interviews.
