Fees
The offers are non-binding. Subject to change. Your offer will be created personally.

Coaching/career advice: The fee for private clients differs from that of corporate clients. All fees are in euros. A coaching/career advice unit lasts around 90-120 minutes. In individual cases, the session can last longer.

Ancillary costs, such as telephone charges, travel and accommodation costs, etc., will be billed separately to the client or customer within reasonable limits.

Unless otherwise agreed, the fee is due immediately after invoicing and without deduction. The retention of the fee and the offsetting are only permissible if the claims of the client are recognized by the coaching consultancy or have been legally established. As long as there is no cost commitment from another party, the client is considered to be the debtor of the coaching or consulting fee.

Appointment
The appointment is usually made via chat, email or telephone with subsequent confirmation.

invoicing
Invoicing takes place after the dates/workshops/coaching sessions by e-mail.

preliminary talks
The first consultation is free of charge and is (usually) carried out by telephone. The conversation should enable you to get to know each other, to briefly discuss your concerns and to find the right offer for you and to answer your questions.

Tax
All fees are calculated including the statutory VAT of 19%.

Events
Coaching/career advice: You make appointments that we book in. You can reschedule free of charge up to 5 working days before the agreed date. If you cancel less than 5 working days before the appointment, we charge 30 percent of the agreed time. If the cancellation is made 24 hours before the appointment, we will charge 100% of the planned time - since the appointment can no longer be given elsewhere.

Workshops/Trainings: In the event of cancellations at short notice, die CoachingBeratung is entitled to the following fee:

Cancellation up to 4 weeks before the agreed event: no cancellation fees.

Cancellation 30.-15. Day before the agreed event: 50% of the agreed fee.

Cancellation 14.-07. Day before the agreed event: 75% of the agreed fee.

Cancellation less than 1 week before the agreed event: 100% of the agreed fee.

Force majeure and other obstacles to performance

Die CoachingBeratung is entitled to postpone the agreed dates in the event of force majeure. This also includes hindrances to performance that have arisen due to illness, accident or similar. In this case, die CoachingBeratung will inform you as soon as possible and offer an alternative date. If the contractual partner could not be reached at the phone number left and also in any other case, there is no entitlement to the assumption of travel or other costs.

Preparation and review
Coaching/career advice: A normal preparation time including the evaluation time for tests is included and will not be charged. Photo protocols afterwards are also included. If further advice is required, we will agree the price for this in writing.

Unless otherwise agreed, all documents handed over to the contractual partner/client are included in the agreed remuneration. The documents are intended for personal use.

The copyright to the coaching concepts and documents belongs solely to die CoachingBeratung. The contractual partner is not permitted to reproduce the documents in whole or in part and/or to make them accessible to third parties without the written consent of die CoachingBeratung. Publication, even in part, is prohibited.

insurance coverage

Each contractual partner/client bears full responsibility for himself and his actions within and outside of the coaching sessions/workshops and is responsible for any damage caused. The coaching/workshop is not psychotherapy and cannot replace it. Participation requires normal mental and physical resilience. The organizer of team coaching, seminars, workshops, etc. is always the client. The participants therefore have no insurance cover

the coaching consultation.

LIABILITY

The information and advice in coaching sessions/workshops as well as in all documentation have been carefully considered and checked by die CoachingBeratung. The activity of coaching advice is purely a service activity. A success is therefore not owed. Liability is excluded.

confidentiality

Die CoachingBeratung undertakes to maintain secrecy towards third parties about all operational, business and private matters of the contractual partner/client that have become known in the course of the activity, even after the termination of the contract. In addition, die CoachingBeratung undertakes to carefully store the documents provided for the purpose of the consulting activity and to protect them against third-party inspection.

Duty of the customer to cooperate

Coaching/Career Advice: Takes place on the basis of the preparatory discussions held between the parties. It is based on cooperation and mutual trust. In this context, die CoachingBeratung would like to point out that coaching is a free, active and self-responsible process and that certain successes cannot be guaranteed. The coaching advice stands by the client as a process facilitator and as support for decisions and changes - the actual change work is done by the client. The client should therefore be willing and open to dealing with himself and his situation.

Distinction from psychotherapy

Coaching is not therapy and does not replace it. Coaching is based on a coach-client relationship, which is characterized by working together as partners and clearly distinguishes the role of the coach from that of therapists and doctors.

Psychotherapy is problem and symptom oriented, it deals with the past and tries to heal old wounds. Coaching is solution-oriented and focused on the present, future and activity. Psychotherapy is the targeted treatment of a mental illness. Coaching serves “healthy” people who are capable of action and self-reflection.

The result of coaching does not represent the alleviation of psychological complaints, but the individual further development of the client, which is accompanied by an increase in his general quality of life.

We hereby declare that die CoachingBeratung does not work or has worked according to the technology of L. Ron Hubbard (founder of the Scientology organization), that it has not been trained according to the technology of L. Ron Hubbard and that it has not taken courses and/or seminars at the has visited or has visited a Scientology organization that uses L. Ron Hubbard's technology and that all coaching and counseling is not conducted according to this technology. In addition, die CoachingBeratung rejects sectarian practices of any kind and expressly distances itself from sects and similar organizations.

final provision

Should individual provisions of the contract with the contractual partner/client, including these general terms and conditions, be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The wholly or partially ineffective regulation should be replaced by a regulation whose economic success comes as close as possible to that of the ineffective one.

Fulfillment and jurisdiction

The place of fulfillment is Berlin. The place of jurisdiction is the responsible District Court of Berlin. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
