Nicole Zipse

ABOUT ME.

I am a systemic coach and career consultant as well as a graduate economist with more than 16 years of professional experience, including in national and international brand management and marketing.  

I know the daily challenges on the corporate side, as well as the individual issues of employees. 

  

As co-founder of "Die CoachingBeratung" I am driven by the vision of motivated, high-performing and satisfied employees. 

 

I am convinced that everyone can enjoy their work and become the best version of themselves.

With a true interest in human issues and great enthusiasm for people, I love my work. I support and motivate my clients on their way to professional satisfaction.  

I have always felt a great need to explore motivations and change the unsatisfactory status quo. So I accompany my clients with full motivation, depth, a good portion of pragmatism, and my charming persistence.
