Verena Vinke

about me.

My passion is to support clients in transforming their vision into reality. Here, my strength lies above all in project set-up, where I structure the current chaos, transform this new structure into work packages, and work together with the  team to ensure their implementation. 

 

As I have a degree in business administration with a focus on change management & human resources, it is a personal passion of mine to convey the importance of the supposedly "soft" topics by making them measurable. 

 

Through my more than 7 years of professional experience as a management consultant with a focus on New Work, Agility & Culture, I have not only gained an enormous wealth of knowledge in these topics but have also worked in diverse industries. From DAX-30 companies to start-ups, I have accompanied my clients in the implementation of their New Work and transformation projects. 

 

Together with my partner Nicole Zipse, I founded "Die CoachingBeratung" with full conviction. We pursue the vision of motivated, high-performing and satisfied employees. In this way we support employees and companies with a lot of energy, passion and courage.  

  

Due to my own history, I have a deep understanding of the challenges of a professional life, such as job choice, work-life balance and job change among others. Therefore, in my role as a systemic coach, I dedicate myself to the individual development of my clients. I support them in taking their path into their own hands instead of leaving it to chance.
