Teammitglieder geben sich die Fäuste als Zeichen des Zusammenhalts, symbolisiert ein High-Performing-Team

What is a Performing Team?

A "High Performing Team" is a team that consistently meets or exceeds set expectations. Such a team is capable of setting goals, making decisions, communicating, managing conflicts, and solving problems effectively within a supportive and trusting atmosphere.

(Murray, 2012; Dyer et al., 2007)

Success is measured not by the individual performance of team members, but by the results achieved by the team as a whole.

Why does a High Performing Team make a difference?

Today's work environment is dominated by volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA). This has been clearly evident in 2023: a pandemic with mandatory remote work, the return to the office, hybrid work models, a war in Europe, and an energy crisis are keeping both people and the workplace on their toes. The world of work is undergoing a dramatic transformation, posing a challenge for companies and employees to continuously adapt to new circumstances. One solution for companies to thrive is to build a "High Performing Culture." Our workshop focuses on developing "High Performing Teams."

what we offer

We offer a "High Performing Team" workshop with a balanced mix of theory, practical examples, and direct application of tools. Working in small groups creates space for exchange. At the end of the workshop, participants will incorporate the learned theory and practice into an individual action plan.
